Rental Return Policy
At Landmark Event Rentals, we strive to make your event planning experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Our return policy is designed to be customer-friendly, addressing common pain points and providing clear, simple guidelines. Please read the following information carefully.
Cleaning Requirements
China, Glassware, Flatware, Serving Pieces:
- Remove excess food and liquids.
- Rinse items with water.
- Place items back in their original containers.
Linens:
- Shake out food debris.
- Allow linens to air dry if damp.
- Place them in the provided linen bags.
Cooking Equipment:
- Remove all food, grease, and oil.
- For deep fryers, remove customer-provided oil.
- For charcoal barbecues, remove customer-provided charcoal.
Candle Holders and Lanterns:
- Remove tea light candles and wax.
- Flameless candles are recommended.
Chairs:
- Remove cushions, cover, and stack unless set up and break down terms have been prearranged.
All Other Rental Items:
- Repack, recover, and stack as delivered.
Damage and Missing Items
Damage Waiver:
- A damage waiver option is available to cover incidental damage or breakage to select products during your rental term. This service is non-refundable and does not cover missing items, items left outside unprotected, improper use, or vandalism.
Missing Items:
- In the event that items are lost or misplaced, replacement charges will be added to the contract at retail value.
- If you find missing rental items, please return them to our office within 7 days for a full refund.
Delivery and Pickup
Flexible Options:
- Flexible delivery and pickup times are available, including outside regular business hours for an additional fee.
- Items should be repacked as delivered, but our team will assist if necessary for a nominal charge.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days will receive a 25% refund.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
Refunds for Unused Products:
- Rental terms are based on confirmed reservations and time out on rental. We are unable to issue refunds for unused products.
Issues During the Event
Business Hours Support:
- If you are experiencing issues with a rental item during business hours (Monday - Saturday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), please contact our office for support at 844-563-6275.
After Hours Support:
- If outside of business hours, please call 844-563-6275 and select option 6 to talk to a representative. Should a rep be unavailable, please make sure to leave a message with your name, company name (if applicable), cell phone number, contract number, and details of your emergency. Our manager on duty will return your call with a solution.
